At Whittaker Mountaineering, we stand by the quality of our technical apparel and gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
