How do I know which size of technical outerwear to order?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For mountaineering, we recommend sizing up if you plan to layer heavily, or sticking to your true size for athletic-fit technical shells.
What is your return policy for climbing and safety gear?
For your safety, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing climbing hardware or ropes. Apparel and non-technical footwear can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags.
Do you offer international shipping for high-altitude apparel?
Yes, we ship our technical gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your package.
How can I track the status of my order?
